What it does
From one objective, C.C.O.S. performs autonomous planning, deterministic specialist routing, a nine-stage content workflow, qualitative review, deterministic QA, recovery/resume, and automatic packaging. Its 11 commercial specialists support 17 executable capabilities, but only relevant specialists are selected for each objective.
What customers receive
A typical validated package contains research, strategy, a content plan, applicable scripts and platform copy, applicable media production specifications, a creative-quality review, QA evidence, and a manifest. Media specifications guide production; they are not finished rendered media.
Why it is different
A normal chatbot responds turn by turn. C.C.O.S. records a durable plan and coordinates an ordered production system. Required stage contracts, handoffs, hashes, and package inputs are checked deterministically. If work is interrupted, completed durable stages can be reconciled and resumed.
Control remains with the customer
The customer runs their own C.C.O.S., chooses their model configuration, owns their platform accounts and OAuth grants, and reviews generated outputs. Launch readiness does not publish. Every external operation requires a separate, exact customer approval and the expected account or channel must match.
Founding Edition boundaries
Version 1.0.0 is a standalone Linux/WSL product. It is not a hosted service, does not include third-party accounts or usage, and does not render finished image, video, audio, voice, music, lip-sync, or thumbnail media. Platform production access depends on provider review and customer eligibility.
