Effective date: These terms take effect when this version is published to production at ccos.axiward.com.
1. Product, provider, and eligibility

2. License
A purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user commercial license to install and use C.C.O.S. for the buyer's own business and client content, subject to the full license supplied with the product. It does not transfer ownership of C.C.O.S.
3. Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share with unauthorized users, repackage as another product, sell substantially identical copies, circumvent security or licensing controls, use the product unlawfully, infringe rights, or attempt unauthorized access to a third-party account.
4. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for inputs, instructions, provider configuration, credentials, platform authorization, account eligibility, reviewing outputs, legal and factual review, rights clearance, disclosures, and every publishing decision. Generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable.
5. Third-party services
AI models, APIs, connected platforms, accounts, quotas, approvals, fees, availability, and policies are separate and governed by their providers. C.C.O.S. connection or publishing support is not provider approval, certification, partnership, or endorsement. Provider changes may affect functionality.
6. Intellectual property and outputs
Axiward Technologies retains rights in its runtime code, workflows, templates, documentation, and materials. The buyer retains rights in original inputs and generated outputs to the extent those rights exist under applicable law and provider terms. No guarantee of exclusivity, protectability, or non-infringement is made.
7. Publishing approvals
Configuration, credentials, model output, a generated artifact, or workflow completion never grants publishing authority. Each external publish requires deliberate authorization for the exact operation and an authorized account identity.
8. Availability, updates, and support
Included support lasts 90 days from purchase with a target response within two business days; this target is not a service-level agreement. Updates for the purchased major version are included for 12 months. Details are in the purchased product documents. Uninterrupted availability and continued third-party compatibility are not promised.
9. Warranty and responsibility
C.C.O.S. is provided on an “as available” basis without promises beyond those expressly stated in the purchased license or required by applicable law. Outputs and third-party services require customer review. Responsibility for loss, liability limitations, and any available remedy are governed by the purchased license and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability where doing so is prohibited by law. These website terms create no indemnity obligation; any indemnity must be stated in a separate written agreement.
10. Ending use and disputes
You may stop using C.C.O.S. at any time. License termination, its effects, and provisions that continue after termination are governed by the purchased license and applicable law. Questions or disputes should first be sent to legal@axiward.com. Applicable law governs; these website terms do not designate an exclusive governing jurisdiction, venue, or dispute forum.
